This policy is engineered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and relevant international frameworks for digital service provision.

2. Data Acquisition & Purpose

We process data strictly for high-margin operational efficiency and system integrity. Data collection is categorized as follows:

  • Identity & Licensing: Name, corporate entity, email, and contact details for license provisioning and contract execution.
  • Transactional Data: Payment history and billing information processed via secure, encrypted gateways.
  • Product Authenticity & System Integrity: Technical metadata (Hardware ID, IP Address, Instance UUID) used to verify product authenticity. This prevents unauthorized replication and ensures the user is operating a genuine, licensed version of Rekap Business.
  • Operational Analytics: Telemetry data to optimize system architecture and eliminate UX friction.

3. Product Authenticity Verification

To maintain the scalability and security of the Rekap Business ecosystem, the software includes an automated verification mechanism.

  • Validation: The system periodically pings our secure servers to validate the license cryptographic key.
  • Security: This process detects “man-in-the-middle” attacks or tampered binaries, ensuring that your enterprise data remains within a verified environment.
  • Action: Failure to verify authenticity may result in restricted access to prevent data leakage from compromised software versions.

4. Third-Party Protocols

Data is never sold or traded. Disclosure is limited to Essential Service Partners under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA):

  • Financial Gateways: For automated recurring billing.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: For high-availability data hosting (Encrypted at rest and in transit).
  • Legal Mandates: Only when compelled by Indonesian Law or binding court orders.

5. Security Architecture

We apply a Zero Trust philosophy to data protection:

  • Encryption: AES-256 for data at rest; TLS 1.3 for data in motion.
  • Access Control: Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) internal to PT Asia Digital Industri.

  • Retention: Data is stored for the duration of the active license plus a mandatory statutory period (typically 5–10 years for tax and audit compliance).
  • Rights: Users hold the right to Access, Rectify, and Port their data.
  • Erasure: Upon account termination, data enters a decommissioning pipeline. Residual data is anonymized for system benchmarking or purged according to our Data Retention Schedule.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our web interfaces utilize technical cookies to maintain session persistence and security. Users may opt-out via browser headers, though this may degrade system performance and automated authentication.

8. Updates & Notifications

This policy is a living document. Material changes reflecting new technology or regulatory shifts will be communicated via the Rekap Business Dashboard or registered administrative emails.
